Noelle McGlynn, President
Noelle McGlynn is a skilled event producer and Founder of Protocol Meetings & Events, who specializes in bringing people together through the execution of virtual and live events. She brings over 20 years of experience in the corporate, political and non-profit arenas as an expert on conference and special event management. Her event expertise ranges from international Summits and public policy symposia to fundraising galas, trade shows, medical certification programs, corporate sponsorships and special cultural events. Logistical management, speaker liaison, décor, and audio visual arrangements are all trademarks of her professional skills and attention to details.
As the former Executive Director of The G7 Council, Noelle has dealt with people in the highest levels of government, business and political fields. Prior to founding Protocol Meetings & Events Noelle was the co-founder of Without Clouds, LLC, a meeting and event management firm.

Monica Aebi, Senior Event Manager
Monica Aebi is a master of diplomacy in executing events for government, corporate and non-profit entities. Her ability to balance client demands with the realities of event management is a trademark of her planning skills.
For over 20 years, Monica has worked hand in hand with Executive Leadership Teams at Altria Corporate Services/Philip Morris, Kraft Foods, General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, and Johnson Smick International to manage corporate board meetings, All Hands events, international conferences and receptions, the annual Congressional Hot Dog Lunch, and extensive charitable initiatives. She was also responsible for managing Inaugural VIP parties for Altri/Philip Morris and Kraft. In addition to producing events, Monica has planned VIP travel (both nationally and internationally) and maintained a private corporate flight calendar.
As a Senior Event Manager at Protocol Meetings & Events, Monica has coordinated event logistics for events from 30 – 1,200 people including the Trans-Atlantic Bridge Awards at the House of Sweden, the International Religious Freedom Council annual conference, the EU-Politico Reception and the David Horowitz Freedom Center Public Policy conference.

Lou Ann Sabatier, Senior Marketing Consultant
Lou Ann Sabatier is a solution-oriented advisor who collaborates on strategies and ideas that change the course of business. During her 35+ years of experience as a publisher, trainer, consultant and event producer, Sabatier has been deeply involved in content strategy and agenda development, marketing, strategic planning, business development, audience development, digital media and operations management.
As Principal and Lead Consultant at Sabatier Consulting, she works with clients to diagnose their needs and offer creative and efficient solutions. Equipped with industry knowledge, business savvy and a creative spirit, she is a great resource for nonprofits, corporations, associations and government entities who are looking for a wide range of content services, from a strategic and operations review to new business development, agenda development, research, marketing, training, and more.

Jamie Choi, Senior Event Manager
Energy, enterprise, efficiency and enthusiasm are the four e’s that best describe Jamie Choi’s event management skills. For over 10 years, Jamie has compiled a thriving social event portfolio specializing in galas, weddings and food industry launches as well as the management of seminars and
corporate events. Combined with her tech skills managing registration programs and websites, Jamie is a force to reckon with in the event management industry.
Jamie’s work as a Senior Event Manager at Protocol Meetings & Events has included the EU Visa Waiver Seminar, Trans-Atlantic Bridge Awards at the House of Sweden, The EU-Politico Reception and the Gay Pride Day Movie Screening in Washington, D.C.

Erika Narod, Social Media Manager
Erika Narod is an experienced social media marketer who uses her skills to build awareness and audiences for non-profit and corporate entities. Her most recent project was as an App developer for an international religious freedom conference which enabled attendees to access
all conference related materials (agendas, sponsors, special events) and to network with each other. She also provided in-person App support for all participants.
In addition to App development, Erika’s skills include creation of social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), construction of social media calendars to help clients sustain
competitive advantage in their industry, and building brands on social platforms.
With a marketing management degree from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, Erika is continuing her education at New York Law School starting this fall, all while continuing to consult on social media projects for Protocol Meetings & Events’ clients.
